Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Welcome to Braselton Concrete Master. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our concrete contracting services.
1. Services Provided
Braselton Concrete Master provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and other related services. All work is performed in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if changes are requested during the project. Any modifications to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your contract. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in work stoppage or additional fees.
4. Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for project completion. Actual completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
5. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided in writing with each contract. Warranty terms vary based on the type of work performed. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and will be explained during the contract process.
6. Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit costs are typically included in your quote unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for ensuring access to your property and for notifying us of any deed restrictions, HOA rules, or other regulations that may affect the project.
7. Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other features that are not clearly marked before work begins. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work, but you should notify your homeowner's insurance of the project.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and approved before implementation. Cancellation policies are outlined in individual contracts. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If disputes cannot be resolved through discussion, mediation may be pursued before litigation. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate court in Georgia.
